If your body may be in danger right now

Emergency medical help: 911 (US & Canada), 999 (UK), 112 (EU & many countries), 000 (Australia). If you'd rather talk: 988 (US call/text), 116 123 (UK & Ireland), findahelpline.com for your country. Nothing here asks you to use them. They're just here if you want them.

A small note: The next few minutes are the only ones that matter right now.
