Stay With Me

A small note: Nothing on this page needs anything from you.

Something is physically wrong

About & safety

What this is

Stay With Me is a small, quiet place to get through a few very hard minutes. It asks nothing of you: no account, no explaining, no promises about tomorrow.

What it can't do

Stay With Me is a supportive self-help resource, not emergency medical care, professional treatment, or a substitute for emergency services. The website cannot assess injuries, poisoning, overdose, or other medical emergencies and cannot guarantee anyone's physical safety. If you have already seriously injured yourself, taken an overdose, are having difficulty breathing, are losing consciousness, or believe your life may be in immediate danger, seek emergency medical care now.

Saying that isn't us stepping away from you. It's us being honest about what a web page can and can't reach. Everything here stays available to you either way.

Privacy

Nothing you tap on this site is sent anywhere or stored by us. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no behavioural profiling. We don't collect what you disclose here, and nothing said in a crisis is ever sold or monetised. We can't promise perfect anonymity, though — your device, browser, network, and anyone with access to your browsing history may still see that you visited. Private browsing helps a little; it isn't a guarantee.
